Examination And Promotion
Examination And Promotion
- Promotion depends on the student’s performance throughout the year and not merely on marks scored in the final examination.
- Reports of terminal examination and unit tests are given in the student’s report cards. Parents/Guardian should sign them regularly and follow the progress of their children/wards. A student found with report unsigned will not be admitted in the class.
- Promotion is decided at the meeting of the Principal and the Teachers concerned. Hence results are final and cannot be re-considered. Final Examination answer scripts shall not be shown.
- No student will be allowed to repeat the same class for a third time. A student who fails twice in three consecutive years is considered as withdrawn from the school.
- A student who fails in any two major subjects is considered to have failed.
- No student will be allowed to sit for the promotion examination if the attendance during the year is below 90%.
